Hi Jennifer,
I am the property manager for XXX. I contract jobs out to several vendors who happen to use Davis & Towle as their insurance agent. I had just emailed Mary Ellen, not more than 20 minutes ago, to request a revision be made to our name under the “Certificate Holder” and to please email me back a copy of the COI with the change noted.
Honestly, it did not take Mary Ellen more than two minutes to send me back the revised copies. I felt the need to take a minute to let you know that Mary Ellen should be considered a very valuable Employee. She obviously takes her job very seriously and is dedicated to treating your customers with the utmost respect, in addition to offering great customer service.
I am writing because it seems as though far and few Employees now seem to take the time to satisfy their customers concerns and/or requests. That being said, I greatly appreciate Mary Ellen responding to my request as a priority.
