I work for the State of NH and for the past 6 years have had my auto and home insurances directly withdrawn from my paycheck. I love this feature, one less worry! More times than not you receive only complaints, very rarely do you hear the nice things. But I wanted to take a moment to say that Lori Tobin is a great asset to your company. 

Whenever I have a question or problem she is the one I call. If she doesn’t have the answer right off the top of her head, she gets back to me within minutes with the correct information. Mainly with my craft show, which is a once a year event, I call and she knows what I need, and gets it out to me. When she sends me paperwork and I have questions, she will go over it with me, to make sure I get things done correctly the first time, and most importantly to make sure I understand everything. I have enjoyed working with the Davis and Towle Insurance team since 1998, when I moved back to New Hampshire. With Lori Tobin as my go-to person, it has been a wonderful experience. She is always knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and very friendly.
